Free 12 Week Health Program
BBM’s From the Couch is a free 12-week lifestyle support program. The sessions are 45-minutes in duration and also incorporate nutrition and mental well-being support.
Registration is required to attend these closed group sessions as they are aimed to help people who cannot stand for long and have no ground exercises.
Class sizes are limited, and participants agree to undergo a health test before and after the program that measures blood pressure, diabetes risk, respiratory/cardiovascular rate, and body weight measurements.
The exercise training sessions are led by two BBM Leaders/trainers who structure sets with the use of bars and benches to do regression exercise movements that are adaptable, removing any discomfort or potential injuries.
During the course of the 12-week program, external health services provide additional support and information to the group.
